(PIERCE, NE) – Town & Country Insurance is proud to support Brandon’s Bushel of Blessings and this year they are excited to partner with MAX Insurance® in giving a $1,000 grant. The grant will be used to support a new backpack program in the Pierce and Osmond communities. The backpack program provides elementary and high school children with kid-friendly, nutritious food each week, so they can have meals to eat at home when needed.
Chuck Micek manages Town & Country Insurance in Pierce. After learning about the MAX Agent Community Grant Program, he and his team applied for Brandon’s Bushel of Blessings to be a recipient. “Over the past three years, the Brandon Gerdes Memorial Foundation has donated over $50,000 to our local communities and this year they are starting a new backpack program initiative for our school-age children,” Chuck said. “We are pleased to partner with MAX and its community grant program to make this gift possible as well as adding $500 to the cause.”
